I’ve been hit with a lot of stuff lately, some of it very good, some of it less so. Also, I haven’t quite devoted as much attention to the writing as I perhaps should have done. In any event, I have a week off from work where I should be able to crack through rather a lot. Hopefully.

17 chapters of 28 have been readthrough ahead of “going to print” – I ended up splitting one very long chapter into two during revision.

My personal aim is to get this ready to go before the end of the school holidays – not that I go to school. Then I’ll give a month for pre-orders. All this is of course subject to change.
